Online Affiliate Manager
We are seeking an Online Affiliate Manager who is not afraid to excel at the highest level. LeadPile simply has one guiding purpose: To provide a world-class service to our customers. Nothing short of this is acceptable. We are hiring only a proven performer in Affiliate Networking or Affiliate Marketing Space.
If your resume does not say, "I am an proven expert in the field of Affiliate Marketing or Network Marketing," do not send us your resume. The LeadPile Affiliate Manager is the most important liaison between our Lead Sellers (Affiliates) and Lead Buyers (Advertisers).
You will be 100% responsible for seeking out both new Affiliates and Advertisers on a continual basis and must successfully cultivate these relationships for the long term. At LeadPile, you will be responsible for working with both our new and existing Affiliates and Advertisers, and be able to handle both sides of the equation.
At LeadPile, we are only interested in speaking to you if you believe that nothing less than complete success is acceptable. You will be expected to multi-task at the highest levels.
As an Online Affiliate Manager you will manage customer relationships acting as their primary point of contact for LeadPile. We offer a unique opportunity to join the Leading Online Lead Exchange.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Work directly with new and existing Publishers and Advertisers
Cold call new business prospects
Acquire and develop new Publishers and Advertisers
Stay current with trends in Affiliate Marketing
Make numerous outgoing calls each day to various leads, respond to emails, prepare proposals, and manage customer support issues for several accounts
Develop a thorough understanding of The Internet Lead Exchange, and sell its benefits to clients.
Develop a strong sense of offer performance and metrics.
Communicate with external partners to provide a world-class service.
Source, evaluate and secure top performing Customers.
Drive the successful execution of LeadPile marketing campaigns to clients.
Provide consistent and high quality account management service to existing partners.
Establish deep relationships with partners.
Required Skills/Attributes/Education
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, customer service, and analytical skills.
Confidence on the phone
Enjoys dynamic environment and new interactive trends
Problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly are critical.
Quickly recognize and focus on the most potentially profitable Affiliates.
Prior Sales related experience
2+ years in an online business- to- business (B2B) Affiliate and Network Marketing environment with responsibility for managing customer relationships. • Demonstrable excellence in customer service and customer management skills based on prior work experience.
Highly analytical, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal.
Well versed in Internet applications, PC applications etc. A passion for technology and curiosity about web2.0 evolution, applications, etc. highly beneficial.
Very high drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced, cutting edge market. You must be able to adapt quickly, manage without direction, and independently seek answers and solutions.
