Returning Leads
Sometimes a lead may be delivered that may not be usable or duplicated from a previously purchased lead from Leadpile and you may need to return it. Here are a few things that can help with returning those leads.
1. Leads must be returned within 48 hours after the receipt of the lead. Exceptions are holidays and weekends so you may want to check with us if you have any questions.
2. Leads that have incorrect contact information or if you are unable to reach the prospect i.e.; no voicemail, wrong or disconnected numbers will be verified and accepted or returned depending on what QC finds.
3. All leads are verified by Quality Control.
