I have to admit that some salespeople call all grumpy and expect the client to just say ok I&#039;m ready to go with your company.... That&#039;s not how it works.  The presentation of voice and the &quot;Attack Plan&quot; to have this consumer interested in your product or service is a big part of working a lead.  Ultimately its the sales team responsibility to CLOSE a lead that has expressed interest!</description>
