LeadPile Lead Exchange Welcomes Business Cash Advance!

July 31, 2008 By: Cristina B. Category: Lead Exchange

thats hot lead exchangeHot vertical: BUSINESS CASH ADVANCE.  I have advertisers signing up every single day for this lead.  I need more production! The demand for this lead type is on fire.  The payout is great and we have advertisers begging for them.  LeadPile Lead Exchange is growing rapidly with the B2B category.

A business cash advance does have a few industry standards.  The business must accept credit cards.  They have to be in business for at least a year (even though some companies will do 6 months).  They have to accept credit cards volume larger than 5k.

Business Cash Advance companies provide working capital against your credit card receivables.  Based on information from my buyers it takes about 8 months for companies to pay back the advance.  This lead type is explosive.  In the blink of an eye its on demand!

Are other lead gens growing into this lead type as well?  What about aggregators or brokers?  Might be something to talk about over lunch.  With a high payout and a huge appetite on the demand, I’m all for it! Wouldn’t you?

SPAM and Email delivery – Do you copy?

July 31, 2008 By: Eugen I. Category: Affiliate Marketing, Lead Exchange, Lead Generation, Lead Marketplace

Fight SPAM and watch your In-BoxOur “normal” communication is blocked so many times when we send emails to each other, and the email has become a struggle for all of us. Not only that we need to watch for all the spam messages to see if there is anything we missed in there, but we need to watch out for what we say in the body of our email. For example, it appears that SPAM Assassin is looking inside your body for “Hey Bro”, and if they find it, you are most likely to end up in your friend’s SPAM folder. Now, how many times are we using that, or “Dear (something)”, and even “Oprah”? Gosh… this can get really crazy!

Leadpile is looking into these things and more, because we are doing everything in our power to fight SPAM and set standards inside the Lead Exchanges. We also learned to CALL every time and not rely on the email, as it can mean “loss of business”.

Lead Exchanges VS List Brokers

July 31, 2008 By: Mari H. Category: Lead Exchange, Lead Marketplace, lead exchanges

To build your business you must come up with ways to bring in new clients, however each business will have their own “right” way of generating this new business. A few options businesses have is to work with list brokers and to work with lead exchanges.
List brokers are companies that gather data of things such as home owners, consumers information in certain geographic regions, fax numbers, email lists, businesses and many many more. These are lists of people or businesses that meet the specific requirements the business is looking for.
Lead exchanges are a common platform for buyers AND sellers of WEB based leads. These are consumers specifically looking for a particular product or service.

The biggest difference amongst these two sources, of generating business, is the consumer/business is expressing the interest in something. They are “opting in” to receive more information about the particular product or service. Things such as the Do Not Call list do not apply to these consumers that are filling out a request for information. However, list brokers are dealing with general lists and MUST be scrubbed with the Do Not Call Registry. Those that are purchasing lists for various email marketing, SMS marketing, or other advertising purposes need to make sure that they are scrubbing their lists, to prevent any penalties being enforced.

Purchasing leads that are very targeted, real time, exclusive, and consumers/businesses that are WANTING information is probably going to show more success. One is like working a “warm” lead VS a “cold” lead. Why not call someone who wanted your product or service VS trying to add the extra step of trying to hard sell a consumer, and then have to deal with a potential longer sales process?
Leadpile Lead Exchange works with intelligent advertisers who know working with high quality web based leads, produces a higher return on their investment, versus buying lists and making the “cold” calls.

online

In 2006, I took a lot of heat for predicting One Trillion Dollars in retail Online Sales by 2012.

According to Emarketer and Nielson Online, Eight out of 10 respondents who had recently made consumer electronics purchases in a brick-and-mortar store said they had visited the store’s Website first. More than one-half said they purchased from the retailer on whose Website they had spent the most time. In addition 58% of respondents said they would choose the Internet for research in purchases before they would even choose their own friends and family.

While this study reported about Electronics, it is not a far reach to think that consumer research will certainly continue to dramatically increase in years to come.

At the Leadpile Lead Exchange, we are seeing consumers’ research under-banked services at exponentially increasing rates.

Look out Trillion! Here it comes!

Search engines: not the ONLY place to get information!

July 29, 2008 By: Mari H. Category: Affiliate Marketing, Lead Exchange

According to CNBC there is a great new website being rolled out by the same company that owns Lending Tree and Ask.com- LIFE123.com.

We all use the internet as a source for information no matter what the topic is. Searching for information on the internet has truly become something we are “addicted” to. Well, there are a lot of resources available to search for information, besides just the search engines.
This great new website is a source for information that you will want to know more about. This site could be compared to such sites as About.com or chacha.com (which I did a previous post on).

What is Life123.com?
Life123 is the place to start when you need some answers to some questions you have about pretty much anything. The web site is full of experts that can help people quickly find information on a wide range of life topics.

Why Life123?
More and more, people are using search engines, however we are not always getting the information we need. According to the life123 website, roughly 75% of Americans experience search engine fatigue. Everyone has spent hours looking for information without finding what they really need.

What does Life123 cover?
Life123 covers 11 life categories: Beauty; Style, Celebrations, Food; Drink, Health; Wellness, Home; Garden, Money, Parenting; Family, Relationships, Technology, Travel; Leisure, and Work.

Enjoy LIFE!

ConnectCommerce, Adwords and CPA

July 29, 2008 By: Eugen I. Category: Affiliate Marketing, Lead Exchange, Lead Generation, Lead Marketplace

ConnectCommerce - Google affiliate NetworkGoogle, since the acquisition of  DoubleClick, has been adding new features to it’s Adwords platform, meant to bring more value and why not “options” to their Advertisers. With their release of “Google Affiliate Network” at the end of August, we will see some interesting developments when it comes to CPA offers. Even though we know that everything comes down to an impression, click and conversions, by actually giving the option to the Buyers (Advertisers) to pay per lead (or action), you give more quality control, which can be relative to the traffic as well.

You will be still looking at competing with the CPC Advertisers and from what Google says, you will set your CPA goal and the conversion optimizer will automatically adjust the CPC to reach that goal.

One thing is for sure, Google is helping us the industry and more and more Advertisers will learn about CVR and how to use their advertising dollars efficiently. Bidding in a Lead Exchange is not too different than bidding on Adwords, your CVR and the actual rank you have in the distribution will affect your results. There is also the network and the traffic you are getting, based on your price you attract better traffic, better publishers and your CVR will increase.

July 29, 2008 By: Marci K. Category: Lead Exchange

NOW WE CAN! with Ask Sunday we can get the help of a personal assistant, someone who schedules appointments, makes general purchases like flowers and small gifts purchased online or over the phone, search for a plumber, electrician or a guy to re-roof your house for you.

They can also work on those pesky projects we all lose time working on. Gathering information off of all those websites to put into 1 page of info for your boss, transcribe a meeting, or many other things that they have listed on the web site.  They also have full service travel agents who can help plan your next vacation. No matter what it is. Need help Fixing your computer. They can also help with that.

All this does come at a price though. They have packages that you can choose from depending on what your needs are.  Lite, Silver and Gold. Silver is the most popular at 30 days for 15 requests at $39.00 and 90 days for 45 requests at $89.00. Each additional task is only $1.75.

Earthquake hits Los Angeles 5.4 magnitude

July 29, 2008 By: Cristina B. Category: Lead Exchange

lead exchange Earthquake hits Los Angeles 5.4 magnitude

Breaking news in every search engine, channel, and even radio stations.  A 5.4 magnitude earthquake struck East of Los Angeles.  The epicenter was 2 miles of Chino Hills.  It was a moderate earthquake and luckily no one was seriously hurt or injured.

California’s year has been pretty blemished, gas pricing at over $4.50 per gallon, one of the highest in the nation.  Many homeowners experienced foreclosures, as home values dropped.  Starbucks announced that the majority of stores schedule to close were located in California.  An now an earthquake!

California is a popular state.  Hollywood and Beverly Hills, where all the stars live.  San Francisco, where the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge stands.  Palm Springs a nice place to relax and take a vacation.  Yet this state has been experiencing a trend of bad luck.

Many programs are truly helping residence within this states with all the needs.  Bankruptcy, Debt, Home Improvement, Loans, Refi’s and much, much more.  Lots of companies are doing what they can to help, Leadpile looks and searches for well known business that takes pride and commitment in helping people in need.  They look for real companies offering real services so that we can match them with people  in desperate needs when times get tough.

I was at ease to learn that everyone in California was okay and that no one was seriously hurt.

Is This What the “Cool” Kids will be Using?

lead exchange Is This What the Cool Kids will be Using?

Well, some past Google employees have gotten together and started a new search engine. Obviously, this is no easy task, and nobody has yet successfully put a dent into Google’s dominance. The site is www.cuil.com. Cuil, pronounced “cool” is backed by $33 million in venture capital, and comes from the Gaelic word for “knowledge” and “hazel”. They claim to index over 120 billion Web pages. It will be interesting to see if they can carve out any type of success, and hopefully, it will be “cool” to use Cuil.

By the way, “Leadpile” displays very nicely in Cuil… please take a peek…

Auto Lead Exchange – Chrysler no more leasing?

July 28, 2008 By: Mari H. Category: Auto Financing Leads, Auto Lead Exchange, Lead Exchange

According to MSNBC late Friday, there is some speculation that Chrysler could possibly be getting out of the auto leasing arena. I guess time will tell if this turns out to be true.
Major changes such as this has been happening in the auto industry, and turning the once SUV dominated auto industry into the now ECONOMY driven auto industry. This potential exit from the leasing market, could be the beginning of other major auto manufacturers doing the same thing. Why would auto companies continue to be apart of the leasing industry that is dominated by massive gas “hogs”? Then again what about leasing some of these other cars that are making a surge in the auto industry now? Does that mean consumers will not be able to potentially lease those auto types too? WE will see….
One positive that I can see in this potential change is the increase in the auto finance (own) industry. This potentially means more people will be owning their cars instead of leasing. This could result in an increase in our auto finance lead type. Leadpile Lead Exchange will welcome this potential increase in demand!
