It is scary to think that a major bank is having problems maintaining their website. It is just a sign of times to come. I do know that when their site is down and their computers as well, they will authorize your debits for amounts over your balance.....so it could be a way to make revenue....bc people overdraw their accounts and then ahhhh chase has to charge you a fee.
