		<description>It&#039;s an interesting idea, but it goes too far. Let&#039;s add a chip for blood testing too, with a DNA recognition. 

What if we just teach them to drive, and enforcing a number of hours of driving school. Passing the exam for a driving license it&#039;s a total joke. 

Plus, the fancy kids from Hollywood will still buy their own nice cars and never have to deal with chips :). 

80 mph? You can crash your car at 30mph, not to say that kids are texting and they most of the times don&#039;t see the bikers on the road. 

It&#039;s a cheap marketing tool to sell more cars to parents that think that by restricting your kid of doing something will make you kid better. Forget about education, RESTRICT - it&#039;s easier!</description>
