Overall, if consumers are in debt the bottom line is they have to eventually pay it off. Especially if they need to buy a new car or home. The reality to this is pretty scary for the average consumer. Knowing how much they owe and that it has to be paid back can be complex. Overall, it’s a benefit and a big stress relief once the debt is cleared as they can be debt free. The time to pay it off depends on the amount owed can be the most challenging part of all.
