This will change so much more the SERP listings. The content will be king - new updates, like the forums, blogs, reviews, etc. The dynamic created pages will be even more crucial to the SEO that it was ever before.
In order for this to work, the webmasters will have to change their pages and include markups (microformats and RDFa)

It will be interesting to see the layout, and how it will play out. How will this affect the Adwords listings will be another thing to find out.

The more time people will spend on the reviews, the less will click on your URL, which can be the case for Adwords as well. I would probably expect a drop in traffic you are currently getting on your current keywords.

There is an interesting thread on WebMasterWorld regarding this topic - http://www.webmasterworld.com/google/3912217.htm
- Google becoming an aggregator
- Reviews - leaves room for abuse

Very interesting to see what this will bring to the SEs.
