How it works:
Inbound call from the consumer – looking for a debt solution
We pre-qualify the consumer by asking them about their unsecured
debt amount, and state location
We take the calls and ask their name, unsecured debt amount & if
they would like to be transferred immediately to a debt specialist
Once the consumer has confirmed all of the information, they are
transfered to you
