Advertising Effectively To Reach Women

October 14, 2008 By: Mari H. Category: Affiliate Marketing, Auto Lead Exchange, Lead Exchange, Lead Generation, Lead Marketplace

In today’s world there are many things that have changed in a advertising sense. One of the largest changes that has happened is in the way in which advertisers advertise towards women. There are more women in the career role, running a business and buying high priced items for their home. I found this article on Phoenix Business Journal very interesting. For instance, they stated:

*Women business owners spend $1.5 trillion on business purchases.
*In today’s world, age is less important than life stage, e.g., 60-year-old women are dating, 50-year-olds are starting new careers and 40-year-olds are having children.
*Women purchase (or influence the purchase of) 85 percent of all consumer goods including automobiles, investments and computers, which were traditionally viewed as male-domain items.
*Advertising that makes a woman feel uncomfortable about her looks or health will have a hard time reaching an audience willing to purchase its product.

More businesses are realizing these facts and starting to adjust how they market their products online, through television, and print media. In previous years, selling your product or service was something you had to appeal to a man, however as we can see things are changing.
With the Leadpile Lead Exchange we deal with all sorts of lead types and all sorts of demographics of consumers and advertisers. The key for our marketplace to be effective is not only diversify what lead types we are working with, but also understand that publishers doing effective marketing to generate the leads is really important. To do effective lead generation, you must know details about the product and service you are generating leads for, AND you must understand who are the potential people you need to attract in this market.

Foreclosure Fraud- Home Owners Be Aware!

September 22, 2008 By: Mari H. Category: Lead Exchange, Lead Generation, Lead Marketplace, Lead Verticals, Mortgage Homeowner Leads

In recent months with all the foreclosures happening around the world, there is unfortunately some that are trying to capitalize on this. According to MSNBC, one in eleven consumers are facing foreclosure or behind on their mortgage payments. Therefore, consumers are trying to get out of this situation in any way they can. However, there are those scam artist that are trying to take advantage of these consumers trying to get out of their tough situation.
There are two types of scams going on right now with home owners. There are the scams where the consumers are asked to put up some upfront fees to pay for the “assistance”, but then the scam artist disappear with their money. “But the more lucrative scam involves seducing homeowners into complicated transactions that allow con artists to steal equity in the house or walk away from the closing table after netting thousands in phony payouts,” according to MSNBC.
This is a huge problem for home owners that are already in a bad situation. Before allowing anyone to assist in “helping”, all consumers need to really know who it is that they are working with. Asking questions and checking out specifics of these companies/individuals can hopefully prevent some from getting scammed. Unfortunately, peoples hardship is another person’s gain. Our home is one of the largest investments we will ever have, and we can’t allow those criminals to take that away. This can not happen if we are all aware and educated on the different types of scams.

Leadpile Lead Exchange does not currently generate a lot of foreclosure leads, however if there is a company out there that is truly wanting to help consumers from going through this sort of situation, we are certainly able to look at generating more leads. Matching up consumers with legitimate companies to help them is also our goal.

Be Careful what you buy! Many Companies opting to buy quality Leads From A Lead Exchange.

Publishers are spending a lot of money on PPC campaigns through Google AdWords.  Have you ever researched the cost of producing a real time quality lead? Depending on the vertical, it can get really expensive, especially if you are looking for quality and genuine interest.

Capturing a name, number, email, address, best time to call, can get really expensive. If you want to target geographically, by zip or state, it will increase your price and lower the amount of traffic you are getting. A lead can be really inexpensive, if you are just capturing email address, and you incentivize it, but if you are looking to attract customers that are genuinely interested in your service, its not going to be .20 cents or .50 cents, it will be way more expensive. You can expect prices as these if you are looking for lists, but why would you do that when you have the Yellow Pages and costs you nothing. You can definitely get leads for such a price, but those will be leads that are generated from the yellow pages, or aged data (lists) of consumers that showed an interest in your service years ago.  So what is the price for a good, real time, exclusive leads? It depends, it can be very expensive, depending how competitive is your vertical.  You will get what you are paying for. In other words, you are going to be happy with the return on your investment (ROI).

Advertisers have to consider that publishers or lead exchanges are eating the cost of any leads that are invalid.  Paying anywhere between .25 to $1.50 per click, or even $15, does not guarantee a conversion. Even if we get a conversion, it will not necessarily mean that you, as a buyer, will accept the lead. If you are a Debt Settlement buyer, you might want only want $15,000 and above in Unsecured Debt, which will significantly increase the price to produce that lead.

Lead exchanges welcome advertisers to join the marketplace to HOST their offers. Paying the right price for the lead, working with the lead exchange to optimize your campaign and filter the lead sources, will ensure a successful campaign for you, as a buyer, and for the Lead Exchange and its publishers.

Think of it this way, lets say you need to travel to a different state.  Would you rather rent a bike or a car? By renting a bike, you will save money on gas and get in a better shape ;) If you are concerned about the time you need to get to your destination, this will not work too well for you, and renting a car might be more suited for you. Time is money, and we all know it very well.

bike vs car lead exchange.

Make great choices and you will see more money coming into your business! Buy quality, real time exclusive leads, and you can be assured that Leadpile will be on your side from start to end! Pay the price that they are worth and you will get the satisfaction that you are searching for!

Consumers aren’t the only ones struggling the economy bite so are companies!

lead exchange carries debt

Market Watch released this afternoon that Coca Cola shares went down .18 cents, that’s 18% down this year so far. But they are not the only ones affected by the Nationwide struggle that’s affecting Millions of consumers and businesses.

Market Watch also reported J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. second quarter net income fell 53%, the company took over $500 million in costs for its Bear Stearn’s acquisition. Microsoft shares dropped 5.7%.  IBM shares are down .06%. Investment bank Merrill Lynch shares drop 7.1%.  Capital One Financial Corp registered a 4.9% decline. The list goes on and on.

Businesses are also being affected and loosing money.  What’s happening with the market?  These well known companies that were once making millions are now losing millions.  Gas pricing is going up at ridiculous cost. The cost of food has climb.  Unemployment rates are over the hill tremendously.  Debt is at the highest peak.  More Americans are filling for Bankruptcy.  Airline fairs are rising.  Less people are taking vacations.  Student’s are falling behind on their student loan payments.  More families are being affected by bank foreclosures.

Is this truly healthy for America?

I have talked about the consumers battle against the dead end they are facing.  Although its not just consumers its also major firms and corporations, for years investors were glorified to subsidize in these companies but now are selling shares and stocks.

Everyone in society has somehow been affected.  Its lead exchanges such as LeadPile that are here to assist and help in each way we can.  LeadPile is partnered with some of the best affiliates in the market to provide quality leads.  Within our partnerships we are targeting consumers and businesses that need your help to clear their debt, to help with bankruptcy, to assist with business loan or business cash advance, to aid with credit restoration or a payday loan, to help them get finance to buy a house or a new car!

Loyalty..Now and forever!

July 03, 2008 By: Marci K. Category: Lead Exchange, Lead Marketplace

dog loyaltyLoyalty cannot be blueprinted. It cannot be produced on an assembly line.
In fact, it cannot be manufactured at all, for its origin is the human heart-the center of self-respect and human dignity.
It is a force which leaps into being only when conditions are exactly right for it-and it is a force very sensitive to betrayal.

MAURICE FRANKS

Here is what you can do to make sure that your employees are loyal to your company and this will help in making your customers loyal as well.

1.      Offer more than just a job – Offer someone a career with your company. Someone who is invested and motivated will be a better employee than someone who views their position as a job.

2.      Generate goodwill through good deeds – Be involved in the community and get your employees involved.  Here at Leadpile we are involved in a project to help schools and families who need financial assistance. All the employees are involved in picking out a project and it is rewarding to see where our gift helps.

3.      Empower employees – Let your employees have some lines of communication where they can share ideas and influences on company policies and practices. This will promote team work.

4.      Invest in training and development – If you don’t get proper training to your employees then they feel that they are not worth anything. Take the extra effort to make them feel worthy of their position and place in your company. This will breed loyalty.

5.      Recognize and reward often – Give praise to an employee when they have done something well and you may find they will be more productive after receiving it. Don’t say anything and you may find the opposite happening. Even a simple “Good job” is a great thing to hear.

6.      Get to know your employees – Treat your employees as individuals and not as a group. They are a group of individuals and each has their own way of working. Don’t think that everyone is the same and knows what their cubicle neighbor does. It is not always that way.

Here at Leadpile we work hard to earn your loyalty and keep it. We continue to be the Worlds Largest Exclusive Lead Marketplace because of you. Our customers.

Should I buy a home now? Should I wait? What should I do?

June 20, 2008 By: Cristina B. Category: Affiliate Marketing, Lead Exchange, Lead Generation, Lead Marketplace, Lead Verticals, Mortgage Homeowner Leads

foreclose

Many people are wondering if buying a home is a good idea right now. A recent article on CCNMoney revealed that RealtyTrac announced that the banks are the most desperate sellers.  Lenders report 197,800 homes were foreclosed in the from Jan 1, 2008 – April 30, 2008.

So is it a good time to buy? Yes! And a  good place to look may be homes that are bank owned.  Banks are trying to get rid of many homes, and they may be willing to take less than what they are worth.  Many people say to look for homes that are at least 90 days old.  Definietly hire a broker to assist you.

Also have the home inspected to make sure the value of the home is truly there.  Consider any maintenance or renovations that would need to be done and deduct that from the asking price.  Hire an expert!

What does this mean for the Real Estate Brokers! More business!! Obviosuly they can get leads for first time home buyers at the lead exchange, and sell homes even in tough times.
