affiliate marketing Generating More Business Through Lead Generation

With tough times even in the internet business world, businesses must find effective ways to generate new business. Companies need to see results from their money spent on advertising, so many choose to invest in lead generation.
Businesses could spend an infinite amount of money on PPC and not know what the result could be. Businesses could spend undefined amounts of money on hiring someone to do SEO.
Businesses could purchase “lists” and cross your fingers there will be a response rate that is acceptable.
OR
Businesses can look at lead generation (CPL), where each lead you purchase is a defined person who is interested in their product. There are various ways lead generation companies are generating leads. For example, leads can be generated from things such as surveys or incentives. However, these are not always going to be as targeted of leads, because consumers could be looking at it like what is in it for them? Unlike some other lead generation companies, Leadpile Lead Exchange is working with ONLY consumers who are opting in for a particular product of service. This end result means a lot more targeted consumer,  and a much bigger chance the lead will convert to an actual sale.  What should businesses choose?
Marketing dollars are down, so this requires a strict focus on making the most out of what you spend on marketing. Businesses can’t afford to pay for random non targeted ads, unopened e-mails or wasted clicks. CPL pricing models allow businesses to get returns on every advertising dollar they spend.  Tough times are not just affecting consumers, it is affecting businesses all over the world.  Businesses are fighting over every last potential sale because they are becoming far and few between!

The Importance Of The Internet To The Auto Industry

auto financing loans leads The Importance Of The Internet To The Auto Industry

In past years, the internet did not play a big part in a company’s product sales.  Today, this is certainly not the case. The internet is a major player in generating revenue for all industries. Specifically, financial related websites are very popular for consumers to find out information and also purchase items. Leadpile Lead Exchange is no different. The highest demanded leads in our marketplace are financial related lead types. These are companies wanting to provide financial services to consumers looking for assistance.
The auto industry is also no different than our marketplace, and other companies generating business online. According to DMNews, internet generated car sales will rise from 5.1 millions in 2007 to 7.7 million in 2012. This means that auto makers, no matter what their future status is, need to be visible on the internet in order to generate car sales. This would mean that with the tight economy and not as many people out shopping for a car, auto makers must utilize search engines and SEO efforts to get the much needed attention of consumers. DMNews also stated that Nissan North America, Chrysler and GM have done the best with utilizing search marketing.
So does this also mean that those auto lead exchanges that are not focusing on any other lead type are suffering right now? My guess would be yes. Leadpile Lead Exchange is also feeling the effects of less consumers online looking for a new car, however that is why diversifying the lead types we generate is so very important. People are in dire need of other financial services besides just getting a new car, and we want to be able to help with that.

Credit Card Processing!

September 03, 2008 By: Mari Woods Holt Category: Lead Exchange

credit card processing Leadpile Lead Exchange needs Credit Card Processing leads. If you are generating credit card processing leads, bring them in our marketplace.  Honestly, everyday I’m having a new advertiser sign up DEMANDING this lead type. It’s the new lead type that will sell! Think about it for a quick sec…… Who in this time of age does not have a credit card? Some teens might not have one, but even they are getting them younger and younger.  It makes logical sense for every business out there to accept credit cards. What I can not believe is that many new businesses do not accept credit cards.  This could be affecting their revenue. Overall, when businesses accept credit cards, their sales should be higher.  Reality is most people would rather charge a purchase versus pay cash.
Credit Card Processing companies are really targeting these businesses that do not currently accept credit cards.  This makes perfect financial sense in the fact that the business gets the credit card machine, and the credit card processing company makes a sale!  Now evaluate all the new home based business seekers that are working from home. There are millions of them in the U.S. currently. Is it a good business decision for even these types of businesses to plan on accepting credit cards?  Possibly not, depending on the type of home based business they are doing.

Great lead type and I need leads!  We are currently generating Credit Card Processing in our lead exchange, but NOT ENOUGH to fill in our demand! If you have them………… bring them over!

Chrysler Targets Women

August 24, 2008 By: Mari Woods Holt Category: Auto Lead Exchange, Lead Exchange

According to DMNews Friday, Chrysler announces that it is going to be launching 3 different campaigns to excite female buyers to go out and purchase a new Chrysler. Chrysler realizes that the female has a large part in the final decision, when couples purchase a car. This new marketing plan is also a direct response to a down turn in sales through July. “Chrysler sales were down 23% through July (compared to 11% for US car sales overall) and Chrysler brands ranked at or below the industry average in a University of Michigan consumer satisfaction survey, according to The New York Times. Sales for the Jeep Grand Cherokee fell 48% this July and those of its flagship sedan, the 300, slipped 39%,” according to DMNews.
Bottom line is sales for cars are down, and sales for SUVs are down dramatically. Chrysler is trying to maybe narrow down where there is some room to get some sales going, in this struggling car industry. However, can it work?
Chrysler is utilizing a direct mail campaign to millions of women in hopes of sparking some interest. Combining incentives from some partnering companies, in addition to pre approvals, this should hopefully spark some women to go out and get a new car, or at least sway the decision their spouse was looking at for their next new car. We shall see if this campaign is effective, and also if some other auto makers try to get creative on their marketing to lure in more customers.
Hey Chrysler… if you need some auto finance leads contact Leadpile Lead Exchange. We are generating a lot of volume in this arena and would love to help you get your sales up!

Advertising In A Lead Exchange!

August 12, 2008 By: Mari Woods Holt Category: Lead Exchange, Lead Generation, Lead Marketplace, Lead Verticals

Who is still picking up the Sunday Paper?  It has some fascinating stuff like clip off coupons, find an automobile, or look for a job.  Sunday mornings, while I go for breakfast, I see the older generation reading the newspaper. Not so much the younger ones, they choose to have their laptops next to them or their iPhones.

I was reading an article today on www.investopedia.com regarding the yard-sales.  They were explaining how to set up a yard-sale and make some cash. I’m familiar with the advertisements inside a lead exchange, but this was somewhat out of the box thinking.  The article is called “In A Cash Crush? Hold A Yard Sale” by Lisa Smith.  Lisa is explaining how to advertise and how to have a successful Yard Sale by making it unique using Craigslist, or putting colorful bulletins or advertising in the newspaper.

It all comes down to: targeting the audience.  The older generation are not computer savvy, and they are not sitting on their computers as long as the younger generation, so they are better of reading the paper. Than you have some other people that are traveling a lot, they are more targeted by the bulletins. The ones hanging out in the Starbucks, with their computers, or with their web enabled phones, are going to see your ads on the web. The internet is the highest growing method of advertising, and it’s also the most targeted one. Not only that you are able to target exactly the demographics you are looking for, but you are able to track the efficiency of your campaign as never been possible before. You care see where the consumer came from, what ad they clicked on, how long they’ve been reading your page and even how long it took them to finish an online application.

After reading this article, I came to think about advertising to the leads that did not sell in our marketplace. These are mostly aged leads that were left behind because the advertisers met their caps.  They might not be of any interest to the current buyers buying real time leads, but they are a treasure to the companies interested in cherry picking their leads.  LeadPile Lead exchange has an increasing network of publishers and active verticals that is doing business in.  As the Largest Online Lead Marketplace, LeadPile Lead exchange has a good number of valuable leads that can work out for the advertisers that have small budgets, or they want to complement their current inventory of leads.

Testing out different venues of advertising or using aged leads and filtering them by the consumer initial interest, can bring some value to your current business.

Leadpile is working closely with the buyers to increase their ROI, and we are committed to your, the Advertiser, success.

Home Based Business Anyone?

August 05, 2008 By: Mari Woods Holt Category: Lead Exchange

lead exchange Home Based Business Anyone?I couldn’t count how many home based business exist.  Truly its so diverse that its unbelievable.  Think about it, home based business have been around for ages.  Remember Avon? Most women will.  Yes, that’s a home based business, earning 50% of what is sold.

In this day in age society has expanded to different types of home based business.  From selling cosmetics, to vacation packages, to Tupperware, software, natural products , home improvements, to juices and vitamins and insurance to web development and much, much more.  So many people across the world are taking advantage of their own unique home based business.

Home Based Business is diverse for men and women to make some extra cash.  Believe it or not, many people actually live off the earnings in a MLM.

But part of the catch is the majority of these business needs a down-line to actually see earnings.  You need to sign more people up to be part of your down-line and you also benefit from there sales.  How do you think some of these MLM or HBB consumers actually make it in the day to day life.  Well, think about it, they are not spending gas money so they are saving cash on gas alone.  They are also, setting up there own hours and times that they want to work.  They are responsible for their own advertising.  And best, of all they are getting paid to work from home.

Independent consultants are marketing and spending some of their own revenue to buy leads.  Yes, most Home Based Businesses are using leads to get more people to sign up within their network.  Its an investment that for many have been well work it.  With some extra cash in your pocket and an effective process to pay your bills, is a home based business right for you?

Lead Exchanges VS List Brokers

July 31, 2008 By: Mari Woods Holt Category: Lead Exchange, Lead Marketplace, lead exchanges

To build your business you must come up with ways to bring in new clients, however each business will have their own “right” way of generating this new business. A few options businesses have is to work with list brokers and to work with lead exchanges.
List brokers are companies that gather data of things such as home owners, consumers information in certain geographic regions, fax numbers, email lists, businesses and many many more. These are lists of people or businesses that meet the specific requirements the business is looking for.
Lead exchanges are a common platform for buyers AND sellers of WEB based leads. These are consumers specifically looking for a particular product or service.

The biggest difference amongst these two sources, of generating business, is the consumer/business is expressing the interest in something. They are “opting in” to receive more information about the particular product or service. Things such as the Do Not Call list do not apply to these consumers that are filling out a request for information. However, list brokers are dealing with general lists and MUST be scrubbed with the Do Not Call Registry. Those that are purchasing lists for various email marketing, SMS marketing, or other advertising purposes need to make sure that they are scrubbing their lists, to prevent any penalties being enforced.

Purchasing leads that are very targeted, real time, exclusive, and consumers/businesses that are WANTING information is probably going to show more success. One is like working a “warm” lead VS a “cold” lead. Why not call someone who wanted your product or service VS trying to add the extra step of trying to hard sell a consumer, and then have to deal with a potential longer sales process?
Leadpile Lead Exchange works with intelligent advertisers who know working with high quality web based leads, produces a higher return on their investment, versus buying lists and making the “cold” calls.

online

In 2006, I took a lot of heat for predicting One Trillion Dollars in retail Online Sales by 2012.

According to Emarketer and Nielson Online, Eight out of 10 respondents who had recently made consumer electronics purchases in a brick-and-mortar store said they had visited the store’s Website first. More than one-half said they purchased from the retailer on whose Website they had spent the most time. In addition 58% of respondents said they would choose the Internet for research in purchases before they would even choose their own friends and family.

While this study reported about Electronics, it is not a far reach to think that consumer research will certainly continue to dramatically increase in years to come.

At the Leadpile Lead Exchange, we are seeing consumers’ research under-banked services at exponentially increasing rates.

Look out Trillion! Here it comes!

Will Leadpile’s Auto Lead Exchange help dealerships in tough times?

July 14, 2008 By: Andy J. Category: Auto Lead Exchange, Lead Exchange, Lead Marketplace

auto lead exchange Will Leadpiles Auto Lead Exchange help dealerships in tough times?

Many industry experts are predicting that intensifying economic pressure is sure to lead more auto dealers to consider closing. According to the Detroit News, “General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co. and privately held Chrysler LLC are going through cash at a faster rate than they generate it, and investors worry that one or more of the companies could run short, perhaps before the end of next year”

According to the Wall Street Journal,  “Ford, GM and Chrysler are running programs aimed at reducing their dealership network by weeding out under-performing sites while bolstering profitability potential for those who remain. The auto makers are kicking in cash to help dealers buy out one another or exit the business”.

What will happen to Dealerships as more competetion, and a weekening economy, continues to “hit” them?

The answer is pretty straight forward. Competition will reign supreme, and efficiencies in sales cycles, cash flows, and ROI’s will rule the day.

What does this mean for the portion of LeadPile’s business that makes up our Online Exclusive Auto Lead Exchange?  Simply put, as more efficiency is demanded by the market, only those companies that can compete with an efficient deliverable (in this case an auto lead), will continue to gain market share.

If you are a lead buyer in our Online Auto Lead Exchange, and you need anything at all to make your buying experience even better, please do not hesitate to ask. We are at your service!,

Teamwork or No Work

June 24, 2008 By: Marci K. Category: Lead Exchange, Lead Marketplace

TeamworkornoworkTeamwork is something that we cannot get away from. It is everywhere even if we don’t realize it. When we are at home with the family we work as a team with everyone doing their job so that the household runs smoothly. On the road we all drive together (even if some don’t want to) to make sure that traffic gets us to where we need to be.  Working together at our businesses should be just as easy, no matter how large or small that business is.

Most people think of using teams at work as “Bringing people together to get a specific job or project done.” There is more than that going on if you think about it. From the person answering the phones, to the sales person making that sale, to the IT department, without that one person how would your company get through the day? What about the customers how could they suffer? Would you be able to move people around so that the team would survive?

At the Leadpile Lead Exchange it is our goal to make our Partners part of the strongest team in LeadGen. If there is anthing we can every do to make your experience better, our team will see to it!.
